Built on a new Ruger® Alaskan in .44 magnum, both performance and cosmetics have been given the best possible upgrades, from superb action tuning, V8 Hybraport porting and body work , custom night sights and blending to a set of our beautiful fitted GC Exhibition Grade Claro Walnut, hand finished grips. This Alaskan has it all, with stunning Black and TiN Gold plated two tone and Fire Blue PVD plated pivot pins. This is a special revolver, beautifully configured for carry.  The Alaskan is not just for Brown Bear protection in a pair of hip waders, although it does a Hell of a job there too.

Just completed, two of our sought after S&W® 340 Hybra-Port Pro Grade Conversion revolvers. Built on brand new S&W model 340 M&P Ultralight weight revolvers, with Scandium Aluminum  alloy frames and SS cylinder. This conversion consists of removal of the two piece barrel and shroud assembly, machining the alloy frame to accept a model  60 or 640 magnum, 2.175” one piece stainless steel barrel. These guns are configured to serve for a long time. We Re-crown, V8 Hybra-Port, polish the throat, mill a window into the e-rod channel and mill a lightening cut on the barrel lower lug. This is fitted to the frame, clocked to TDC and set with a 0.007” cylinder to barrel gap.  After action tuning, proofing and test firing, we disassemble and prep the major action components for TiN PVD plating and PVD plate the SS barrel a deep blue black to blend in nicely with the black anodized alloy frame.

Configured with the solid one piece barrel, this revolver in our opinion may be the most convenient EDC small framed magnum you can own. It is lightweight, recoil and muzzle flip are significantly reduced, it is Ultralight at approximately 11 OZ. and it handles .357 magnum ammo very well. I like to say it is the gun you will have with you because it is so easy convenient to carry. These are hard for us to build, because barrels, magnum length ejector rods and center pins used accomplish the this unique conversion have been in short supply for years now.  It has everything you need and nothing you do not need in a EDC revolver when you want the option of .357 Magnum ballistics. We have recently managed to snag two excellent little 642 S&W® Airweights and we hope to get a few more in the upcoming weeks. It’s a great little deep concealment revolver, engineered for light weight and powerful ballistics with the .38 special +P rating. Simple to operate and effective when needed, with DAO it’s especially easy to carry and conceal. We have upgraded these great little workhorse guns with our  very popular Pocket Protector Package and even added a few additional services that enhance reliability , accuracy and ease of operation. Configured with our V8 Hybra-port™ porting, these little lightweights enjoy greatly reduced recoil, snap, and muzzle flip. It’s more like shooting a .22LR. than a .38+P.  The barrel throat has been polished at 5 degrees, with a polished radius crown, micro-polished cylinder chambers for smooth loading and unloading, and the actions have been both smoothed and lightened. An extended length firing pin and spring assembly, along with de-activated storage lock add to reliability and ease of operation. Wolff Springs throughout are standard and certainly the best that money can buy. For both ergonomics, durability, enhanced carry characteristics, we have added a set of Hogue Extreme G10 grips.
